Realty Title has a new opportunity for an entry level Closing Coordinator position in our Brentwood, TN branch.

Job Description

This position will be responsible for:

• Review and set-up new files upon receipt, as required
• Send out customer letters and answer phones and assist with inquiries
• Work with closer/legal/underwriting to cure title as needed.
• Assist in gathering information/documentation for closing (e.g., payoffs, homeowners insurance, HOA, termite/sewer/septic letters, surveys, EM checks, funding, etc.)
• Abide by and utilize RTEC’s standardized forms, checklists and guidelines (e.g., accounting, processing, RESPA and Rules to Close By)
• Work with closer to resolve ‘dingers’ in timely manner
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, consumers, lenders, Realtors and builders.  

Skills & Experience

• "Hands-on" residential title and loan closing processing experience a plus
• Must be comfortable working in an electronic (paperless) environment with exceptionally strong computer skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional in appearance and attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work proactively, with a strong sense of urgency and provide effective communication to customers throughout the entire closing process
