Pay: $12 - $15+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality cleaning in homes, offices, and vehicles
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company
• Lift up to 20 lbs, stoop, bend, and work on a step stool as needed

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable work history (or motivation to succeed if this is your first job)

Preferred Qualifications (Higher Pay Potential!):

• Education beyond high school (GPA of 3.5+ is a plus)
• Consistent employment history with long-term roles
• Experience in:
• House cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Auto detailing
• Steam cleaning carpets & upholstery
• Strip/seal floor care
• Managing a cleaning team
• Excellent driving record, chauffeur’s license, or ability to drive a stick shift
