Do you want some extra money and to serve a classic sweet Savannah-based treat? Come hang out with us at Leopold's Ice Cream Catering! You will be the face of Leopold's outside of our shop. Welcoming each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, delivering an exceptional off-site experience, and cheerfully interacting with every event guest. If you love a sweet treat and bringing a sweet experience to others' special days, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide the most courteous, professional customer service to guests while serving our premium products in a trained manner.
• Arrive to work in clean & professional, well-groomed appearance; and in proper uniform.
• Be punctual and meticulous to details for a perfect event!
• Prepare kits and carts, load vehicles and get to events in a timely manner to set up properly.
• Have flexible hours to work early or late, long or short hours and possibly be ready on short notice for bookings or canceled events.
• Be able to speak to customers in a professional manner, with a smile.
• Always willing to learn and problem-solve with the assistance of your team.

Qualifications:

• Both daytime and nighttime availability needed currently. Must be willing to work most weekends.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to handle money and calculate proper change if necessary.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds. You will need to stand and be moving frequently, as well.
• Be able to handle long lines no matter what the weather condition and keep good attitude.
• Must have a driver's license.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $10.50 per hour
