Responsibilities:

• Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings, interview clients and witnesses, consult field experts, and research statutes and case law
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and other correspondence
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions and case management meetings as needed
• Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Act as a mentor to junior attorneys
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns

Qualifications:

• Active member of NC Bar Association required 
• Five (5) or more years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
• Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
• Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus

Compensation
This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
