The Harpole Farmers Agency in McKinney, Texas, is seeking a driven goal-oriented, detail-focused, and organized professional with time management skills to join our team a Full-Time Agency Manager.

In role, you will lead our sales and service teams to rapidly scale the agency maintaining impeccable underwriting compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Training and coaching
• Conducting daily meetings and huddles
• Monitoring team activity leading by example
• Upholding the organizations culture of rapid growth, exceptional team member and customer experiences, and strong ethical standards.

• Share training and educational with team members.
• Fully understand and adhere all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Stay informed about new products services.
• Actively and generate new business through leads and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer and support- Excel at building strong relationships.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction address inquiries generate additional sales or escalate issues.
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales opportunities within specified timeframe.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Keep updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Engage in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Have a strong grasp the insurance industry, including Property and Casualty, as well as Life insurance products. Experience with Farmers Insurance is a plus.
• Show a genuine desire to grow continuously, intuitive, resource, and open coaching.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive, and attitude.
• Be a proactive self-starter with sense of urgency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking, follow, and follow-up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Be highly self-motivated.
