Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Reports To: Program Manager

Location: Los Fresnos, TX

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment. This role acts as a critical link between purchasing, warehouse management, and field execution, ensuring seamless supply chain coordination to minimize project downtime and enhance efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

  • Supervise warehouse technicians to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain precise inventory records through routine cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure tools and materials are properly tracked, maintained, and readily available for job sites.

Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to anticipate material needs and prevent shortages.
  • Oversee timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
  • Monitor vendor performance and work with suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.

Logistics & Site Coordination:

  • Develop logistics strategies to ensure a smooth flow of materials from the warehouse to job sites.
  • Coordinate with the Site Manager to schedule deliveries and optimize on-site storage.
  • Manage transportation and material handling processes to minimize waste and inefficiencies.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.
  • Maintain warehouse performance reports, tracking material usage and inventory trends.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or logistics management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively resolve logistics challenges.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily warehouse-based with occasional on-site visits.
  • Requires lifting materials up to 50 lbs and operating warehouse equipment.
